The Home Builders Association of Sumter - Clarendon represents homebuilders, trade contractors, suppliers and industry professionals and advocates for the building industry through legislative action, heightened standards and consumer awareness. Government and Regulatory Affairs
We help keep your business up and running through our involvement in government and regulatory agencies. Our members are given up-to-date information consistently, so you know what is going on locally, statewide, and nationally. This is the most important part of your membership.

Insurance Programs
Becoming a member of the HBA means you are entitled to take advantage of our money-saving insurance programs available exclusively to our members. When you join, you will become eligible to participate in our Self Insurers Fund for workers compensation, which is owned by the participating members. The Fund is run by a board of HBA members, so you can rest assured knowing that every decision is in your best interest.

Advertising
Advertising opportunities are available to members on all levels - local, state, and national. Newsletters and magazines are distributed to the entire association membership.
